Every drawer is hand built using the time proven dovetail construction process. We then mount the drawer using the finest soft closing drawer runners available. Fully adjustable European hinges with the soft close feature are also standard on all doors.
Quality is enhanced with the thoughtful inclusion of important features that result in significant benefits to our consumers, such as split pocket drawers to accommodate P-traps, mirrors designed to accommodate wall hung faucetry, and retro-fit hutch tops.
We’re famous for incorporating timeless designs and award winning “solutions” while creating breathtaking bathroom environments to exact specification.
We use state-of-the-art engineering software to design and engineer pieces that are tastefully designed and extremely practical. Every piece is designed and drawn; first by hand and then by our in-house engineering department using our CAD system.
Only the finest hardwoods are selected for our cabinetry face frames, five-piece doors, and mirrors. All of our sides are constructed with furniture grade maple plywood utilizing solid back braces and multiple interior supports attached using dados to ensure stability.

Our new “textured surfaces” are actually a Thermally Structured Laminate. This is very different than thermofoil which is what most other manufacturers use.
Thermofoil is a very thin material that is applied with a machine similar to a vacuum. You can tell a part is thermofoil by looking at the edges. A thermofoil panel will have rounded front corners and sharp back corner. Usually you can see the wood grain/pattern bend and distort around the corners. Usually the manufacturer will use a less expensive laminate on the backside of the panel that doesn’t match the front. The corner where these two materials meet is usually very sharp. Thermofoil is more susceptible to moisture and splitting since the material is so thin. It has to be to stretch over a corner and stay flat. See attached.
Our Textured Laminate is a form of High Pressure Laminate. It is extremely strong, heat treated, and has a phenolic backer. We apply this surface to both sides of the substrate. Then we apply a 1.5mm thick ABS edgebanding with matching texture and through color. Then all the corners are rounded to give it a nice soft appearance.
From a durability standpoint, there is no comparison. In addition to this, because we build one piece at a time and cut panels in sequenced fashion, the grain is continuous from panel to panel. Can’t do that with thermofoil.
From a green standpoint, our materials are made from recycled wood fiber. Also the edgebanding is made from ABS which is a considered a green product as there is no off gassing. This is the latest and greatest technology from Europe.

When cabinetry fails, it is primarily due to high levels of moisture, inferior wood case construction, poor finish and cheap hinges and drawer units. Cabinetry is the easiest place to hide poor quality while charging premium pricing. It is important to know what you are paying for underneath the top and behind the doors.
